As the tidal wave of middle aged, God-fearing women poured through the Ryarsh hall doors, the sprightly Lucy and Ellie wondered why were they there? There being a women's christian conference on the 21st March 2018. Through friends of friends (of friends of friends of friends) a small but catalystic introduction was made.
Jump to a year after this pivotal moment, Ellie received a DM - who from? None other than miss Lucy herself asking advice on the biggest decision of her life so far; is there a life without uni?
Of course, Ellie already knew the answer to this having dropped out of an exclusive fashion atelier degree after 6 painful weeks. With God's guidance she knew the words that needed to be said.
Lucy read her words and knew it was exactly what she had to hear. She waved goodbye to the film production course and smiled in the knowledge that God's plan could begin.
They reunited over dough balls and pizza and caught up to speed on the madness that consumed the year before. Many meetings and pizzas later, Lucy's flippant comment of "we should start a blog" turned into a notebook full of dreams and plans. And from those notebooks is where the shenanigans began.
It is here where we will share our views on everything through podcasts and blogs in attempt to prove that there is in fact a life without uni.
